Local Projects
Dictionary Project
Every year, all local area 3rd graders receive their own copy of A Student’s Dictionary for them to use throughout their academic career. As of 2022, our club has fully funded and donated over 12,312 dictionaries to students, making a positive impact on their academic success.
Sleep In Heavenly Peace
For the past 3 years, the Rotary Club of Lemoore has partnered with a local chapter of Sleep In Heavenly Peace to purchase materials to build brand new beds for children in our community who are sleeping on the floor. In addition to building the beds, we deliver brand new mattresses and bedding. To date, we have built 93+ beds, and raised $18,600 for this project.
School Supplies
Lemoore Rotary is deeply committed to supporting children’s education, setting them up for academic success. We regularly donate brand new school supplies that benefit all local Lemoore area schools.
Barbeque Support
Our Club proudly supports various community events throughout the year, providing barbeque support. We regularly donate the food we grill, in addition to our time, to promote community causes, such as the City of Lemoore’s End of Summer Bash and National Night Out.
